Sunday August 3rd – Carn Brea & Carwynnen Quoit
Visit the hilltop site of Carn Brea near Redruth in the company of Andy Norfolk who will guide us around this important Neolithic site and dowse for some of its marker stones and energy lines. Then together with Pip Richards we will drive to the site of Carwynnen Quoit (SW6500 3720), where the Sustainable Trust are hoping to rebuild the monument.
Meet at 11am at the Castle on top of Carn Brea (SW685 407). Bring packed lunch.

Sunday Sept 7th – Joint CEMG/SoL visit to Tregeseal Common
The Society of Ley Hunters are having their Annual Moot in West Penwith this week, so CEMG will host a visit to Tregeseal Common to investigate the stone circle, site of the destroyed second circle, holed stones, and other enigmatic stone settings on the common, as well as the newly-identified Carn Kenidjack tor enclosure.
Meet at 11am in free car park in St.Just (transport provided to site). Bring packed lunch.
